Everything you whisper into HAWA is processed by AI and displayed publicly on the stream, map, and transcript endpoints. Do not whisper anything you wish to keep private. There is no "private mode" — the public nature of whispers is fundamental to how HAWA works.
You agree not to use HAWA to:
HAWA reserves the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason.
You must be at least 13 years old to use HAWA. By accepting the consent screen, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
HAWA is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. Data may be lost, the service may go offline, and features may change without notice. HAWA is an art project and experiment, not a commercial product.
You may delete all data associated with your device at any time through the Journal tab. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Note that cached or previously-distributed copies of public data may persist.
Your whispered words remain yours. By using HAWA, you grant a non-exclusive license to display, transform (via AI processing), and distribute your whispers as part of the public stream. You may revoke this license by deleting your data.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of HAWA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
